Within the Business Unit Tech, approximately 200 employees work with technical property management and operations. Through knowledge, creativity, and collaboration, we create better conditions for smarter property management, where the whole is in focus.

Who are you?

You are a trained property engineer or energy specialist, for example from a vocational school, and want to contribute to the work with energy issues at CBRE and for our clients.

• At least 3-4 years of experience in property management, including 2 years in operations and energy optimization
• In-depth knowledge of property technical systems such as control and regulation systems
• Previously held a leadership role, preferably with personnel responsibility

Personal qualities:

• Technically skilled
• Genuine interest in property management and energy optimization, with the ability to drive work forward.
• Structured, good at prioritizing, and sees the whole in the tasks performed
• Good administrative skills
• Business-minded, able to explain and sell our services

The position includes the following tasks:

• Work with operations and energy optimization
• Be a specialist support to property technicians regarding energy issues and advanced property management
• Provide documentation to clients regarding maintenance needs and operational plans
• Provide documentation to and collaborate with clients in developing energy plans
• Assist operational technicians in energy investigations
• Collaborate with other operational staff and specialists at CBRE
• Lead and develop our energy group, with personnel responsibility
